Canadian Empress

Rates, taxes, deposits, payments and cancellation fees for Canadian Empress are expressed in Canadian Dollars, per person/double occupancy.

Canadian/U.S. Currency Exchange Rate: A Fair Exchange Rate will be quoted for the deposit at the time of booking. A payment slip will be mailed two weeks prior to the due date of final payment using the Fair Exchange Rate current at that time.

Single Occupancy in staterooms 1, 2, 5 and 6 is 150% of per person double occupancy rate; single occupancy in all other staterooms is 175% (subject to availability).

What is Included

Travel Insurance

The cost of insurance will be automatically added to cruise rates. If you DO NOT wish to participate in this insurance, you must notify us at the time of initial deposit and the insurance cost will be deducted from the total cruise cost.

Not Included

Transportation to and from the ship at points of embarkation and disembarkation, tour protection insurance, gratuities, bar expenditures, and port and sales taxes where they apply, are not included in the cruise price. Current approximate port and sales taxes are $7 and $20 per person respectively.

Deposit and Payment (CDN$)

$200 per person is required within 7 days of reservation to secure your cabin. Final payment is due 60 days prior to sailing. Payment by check in U.S. funds only.

Cancellations (CDN$)

All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to an administrative fee of $100.00 per person. $50.00 of the administrative fee may be applied toward a future Canadian Empress cruise within two years of the date of cancellation. Additional cancellation fees are as follows:
